The download is free and you can browse and add your playlists without paying. The license unlocks playback. There are two plans: Annual (US$11.99/year, 3 devices) and Lifetime (US$25, one-time payment, 5 devices).
Yes: 3 devices on the Annual plan and 5 on Lifetime. You can free up a device slot from Settings → License to activate another one.
M3U/M3U8 playlists by URL and providers with the Xtream Codes API (live TV, movies and series with their metadata).
Locally on your device, in the app’s own database. They never go through any server of ours.
